Paul Law Property Management has been a division of Paul Law Realty for over 50 years. With a licensed and trained staff, we can assist you with all your property management needs.

We offer up-to-date listings of our current available properties through our website, 24-hour rental hotline, The Union advertising and our in-office rental lists.

As well as our tremendous advertising efforts, we provide quality service for repairs, supplies and contract work through our Premier ServiceŽ providers.

We offer two types of services: full management and tenant placements. Full management includes showing the property, screening prospective tenants, contracting rental agreements using the California Association of Realtor forms, collecting rents, coordinating repairs and services, making deposits, paying bills and issuing a monthly statement. There is a Move-In and Move-Out inspection and our fees are tax deductible.

Tenant placement includes showing the property, screening the tenants, contracting the rental agreements and provides the owner with a copy of contracts and final closing statement. The property owner handles any and all communication after that point.

The department is headed by Tammy Byrd who is licensed by the California Department of Real Estate and who has been with the firm for 16 years.
